Professional Experience
Overall supervision of the Instrumentation Department in the factory including different chemical plants such as the IPH (Isophorone) plant, DAA( Diacetone Alcohol) plant, Chiller plant , Cooling Towers and the very important BOILER & UTILITY.
Responsible for the maintenance of instruments in the plant
Responsible for installation and modification of the instrumentation systems in the plant.
Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) activities in the plant.
Working in co-ordination with the project people for the installation and development of instrumentation
Systems using PI&D, Hook Up drawings including DCS for a new upcoming project of PA (Phenol Acetone) plant in the pipeline.
Responsible for the indent of instruments depending on stock availability.
Responsible for the preparation of work orders for the Instrumentation Consultants, Calibration and service engineers and others and looking after the billing of these.
Responsible for the report taking activities from the instrument technicians and consultation with the Manager and plant incharge, supervisors and operators.
