Mechanical Engineer

Seeking a challenging career in mechanical engineering environment in a dynamic organization and be a part of highly motivated team of professionals involving implementation of engineering applications.

I worked for Petrotec as a service engineer for rotating and hydraulic equipments. Finding technical solutions and undertaking studies and analysis related to mechanical installations.
Equipments include compressors, pumps, motors, diesel engines, generators, hydraulic and air pumps and motors, hydraulic cylinders, heavy equipments etc...
I worked for the shutdown (2009) in QP for complete overhauling of static and rotating equipments. Inspection of the vessels and making appropriate reports and providing technical support and following the advice ticket for the completion of the project. I also had a feasible training in condition monitoring of the equipments using SKF Microlog Data Collector and also in reliability engineering.
I have done projects one of which was modeling, assembling and analysis using IDEAS software in Bharat Dynamic Limited. The project was to design, assemble and analysing mechanical housing of an aerospace vehicle and also associated with the manufacturing of gears, arms and other components using CNC and heavy duty machines.
Manufacturing of component from foundry, precision machines, CNC machines, heavy duty machines, die casting, turning, cutting, grinding etc.. was the other project in Hindustan Machine Tools Limited.
Computational Fluid Dynamics using Gambit as designing and Fluent for analysis to analyze aerodynamic view over a jeep model in a wind tunnel. This was a live project done in a wind tunnel for my engineering project.

I received my Bachelor of Technology degree in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University. I then received my certification in ASNT for Non-Destructive Testing and certification in Piping using CAESAR-II for calculation of stress analysis.

Certified for ASNT Level-II for RT, UT, MPT, PT.

My personal attributes include leadership, creativity, analytical and troubleshooting skills. I have a career history of achieving employment Goals and quality work.
