Professional Experience
I have been working as Human Resources manager for Transcoean for the last 3 years. I'm managing the whole HR and administration function. This includes Developing HR strategy, Recruitment, managing the performance appraisal process, talent development, training, succession planning, comp./Ben., Ensuring global HR policies are implemented, relocation of Expats/their families and administration.
I worked in Plan Egypt between 2003 - 2008 as HR manager. I was responsible about all HR and administration function.
Also, I worked in Kobusch Packaging Egypt (American company). I held a number of positions in Human Resources department which included HR manager between 1999 - 2003
Eductation
I'm a graduate of NYIT holding MBA - major General management with GPA 3.4.
Also, I got my HR diploma from AUC in Cairo.
