RESPONSIBILITIES:-
„« To study the subject project approved ITP and prepare inspection schedule.
„« Receive Internal RFI along with necessary documents / drawings from Project Execution, Internal Inspection as per project specifications. If any deviation found, internal punch lists are raised.
„« After internal verification, raise external RFI with inspection report to client representative.
„« „« „« Conduct Salt Test (Chloride Test).
„« Check Paint Specification as per Procedure / Client Specification / Manufacturer Date Sheet.
„« Physically check the paint date of expiry & RAL # (Colour Code).
„« Monitor Paint Mixing Ratio.
„« After mixing check paint pot life.
„« Check paint application method.
„« Keep record of Wet film thickness (WFT) & Dry film thickness (DFT).
„« Note down the paint film dry to touch time and re-coat interval time.
„« Visual Inspection of the job.
„« Conduct adhesion test.
„« Final inspection of paint defects and inform painting supervisor to rectify.
„« Arrange Holiday detection of the paint. Mark the missing areas repair / touch up.
„« Final measurement of DFT and check the job thoroughly.

„« Inspection of Plant Piping, Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Heat Exchanger, Columns, etc.
