Seeking suitable opportunity as Instrument Technician in the field of Petrochemical and Oil & Gas, and Steel industries with major responsibilities that will effectively utilize my maintenance, communication, leadership and organizational skill.

• Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.

• Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PTWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits.

• Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings and also Instrument location drawing.

• Good Experience in the Plant Maintenance and Commissions.

• Istallation, Calibration, Configuration, Preventive and corrective maintenance of various types of Smart transmitter for the measurement of flow, pressure temperature and level.

• Installation, Overhaluling, Calibration and Troubleshooting of control valves and positioner. Repairing and Calibration of control valve accessories like I/P converter, volume booster, limit switch, air filter regulator etc.

• Maintenance and Calibration of motor operated valve. (Limitorque,Auma,Bernard, Rotork)

• Maintenance and Servicing of solenoid valves.

• Various types of T/C and RTD for temperature measuring points and thermowells and replace the temperature elements and thermowells if required.

• Preventive, Corrective maitenance and Calibration of leveltroll.

• Effective knowledge of the Lock Out Tag Out Processes.

• Operational knowledge in a Fire and Gas Systems like HC Detectors & UV, H2S Detectors, Smoke Detectors.

• Sound knowledge of the Bently Nevada 3500 Vibration Monitoring system.

• Worked on standard calibration instruments like SCANDURA B-20, DRUK DPI 601 & 610, HART 375 & 275 and FBT – 6.

• Extensive Troubleshooting experience for all field instruments during Loop check, Startup and Commissioning activities.

• System familiar with Rosemount DELTA V, Yokogawa CS-3000R3, ABB 800 DCS, TRICONEX ESD system.


• Attended Safety training conducted at the plant site and listened to fire & Safety instructions and brought them in practice.
