Key Deliverables:
1.Witnessing Commissioning of Mechanical and operational aspect of the despatch station from operational group.
2.Coordination with Project group for successful take over into fully fledged operational pipeline.
3.Planning and processing the initial phase of pumping and its operational requirement.
4.Checking the final documentation related to the critical equipments and preparing maintenance contract.
5.Training manpower for maintenance of the installation.
6.Coordination with Refinery group for product requirement.
7.Setting up of standards operating procedures for the successful operation.
8.Coordination and setting up of Mutual Aid with refinery and other establishments.
Key Accomplishments:
1.Pipeline commissioning with water in a non conventional method and successfully pigging the pipeline.
2.Troubleshooting of Rockwel PLC system and initiated logic corrections.
3.Identified piping errors to avoid quality issues during product pumping.
4.Successfully commissioned one of the pipeline with product with the entire SOP’s defined.
5.Troubleshooting of Mechanical system in the receipt station and successfully commissioned the Tank farm
