Supervise all IT operations in Saudi Arabia. Perform all other roles and
responsibilities. Develop solutions for communication challenges in remote
locations, especially the Saudi residential project which incorporates 200 units.
Fundamentally involved in Clean Fuel Project (SAMREF) planning. Engagement
with Chemicals on new JV with SABIC (SEP – Saudi Elastomer Project).
Highlighted Achievements:
* Passed successfully external and internal audits with no gaps in controls,
security or integrity of IT operations
* Hired, trained and continuously mentoring IT technical assistant.
* Rolled out office upgrade project for Saudi; Full HW and SW refresh for over 100
workstations; trained over 100 users
* Implemented the VoIP project replacing Nortel solution with Cisco VoIP solution.
Successfully deployed 100 telephone extensions with relevant user training
* Coordinated locally and with global teams the following projects locally: Site
Readiness Project (Servers and Data room refresh and capacity planning). Network
Device replacement which is upgrading Routers and Switches. Network device
replacement project which is replacing Cisco firewalls.


IT Operations Analyst 2007-2010
Coordinate and contribute in problem tracking effectively using BMC Remedy ARS.
Liaise with global central support groups on desktop, server and network operations.
Introduced and deployed Blackberry service to head office employees. Cost allocation
to business lines and working on planning and budgeting figures. Maintain operational
documentations conformed to corporate standards and S&C Guidelines. Support to over
400 visiting corporate staff per year including challenging high profile executives.
Administer and review access to LAN resources.

Saudi Onsite Support Specialist 2005-2007
Joined global IT office upgrade project implementation. Migrate all user
population from NT to XP environment with user application and data. Act as site
security contact.
