International Services Engineer.

The scope of my job is to do the following with all the company equipments and services:
• Project management.
• Technical sales.
• Data analysis and well production optimization.
• Smart completions design.
• Artificial lifting well control and monitoring field operations and maintenance.
• SCADA systems.

Working Countries
Australia (off-shore), China (off-shore), Congo (off-shore), Egypt (off-shore & on-shore), Libya (on-shore), Oman (on-shore) and Thailand (off-shore & on-shore).

Duties in Details:
I. Office work
1. Project manger for 2 years in China.
2. Technical presentation to the customer (International).
3. Technical study for well conditions.
4. Data Analysis.
5. Well Production optimization (using S.W Z-Trend).
6. Training the client for how to use the equipments as a user.
7. Smart & Special completions design (producing oil from more than one Zone).
II. Field Operations
8. By-Pass System (Y-Tool): Application Design & installation.
9. Installation, commissioning and maintenance for monitoring systems:
1. Reservoir gauges.
2. ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) sensors.
3. PCP (Protective Cavity Pump) gauges.
4. Gas lift gauges.
5. Beam pump gauges.
6. High temperature wells gauges.
10. Installation, commissioning and maintenance for communication systems:
1. Well control systems ZSP (Zenith Surface Panel).
2. RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) and Scada system.
3. Modbus communication system (RS232 & RS485 protocols).
4. Modbus poll S.W.
5. Analogs systems.
11. Installation by wire line & re-dressing for the following Plugs and Valves:
1. AFV (Auto Flow Valve).
2. SV (Standing Valve).
3. BP (Blanking Plug).
4. LP (Logging Plug).
5. Coil Tubing logging plug.
12. Studying the electrical diagrams of the client platforms and all the related equipments connections.
13. Working with H.V (High Voltage) & L.V (Low Voltage) equipments for Siemens, Centrilift, Backer Hughes, SLB and a lot of local chins products
1. VSD (Variable Speed Drive).
2. FSD (Fixed Speed Drive).
3. Transformers (Step-Up, Step-Down and Isolation).
Courses taken
1. Geology Principles and fundamentals of petroleum.
2. Open &Cased hole logging operations and tools.

Self-development trends & efforts:
• ESP Installation and commissioning.
• ESP Design (Application Engineer).

University:
Electrical Engineering Bachelor (5years) in 2005 Ain Shams university located in Cairo-Egypt, Electronics and Communications department.
Graduation Project:
Task: Hardware design and implementation of "Telemetry System Based on Telephone Line".
Grade: Excellent.
Major subjects in senior year: Mobile Communication, Satellite Communication, Analog Designs IC'S, Circuit Analysis.
