o To lead, coordinate, manage, monitor and control the plant production in maintaining the safe, efficient & timely manner of running the day-to-day process operations of the Plant’s facilities.
• May 1998 to Nov 2007 in Doha, State of Qatar @ RasGas Limited & DE Co Ltd (Direct Hired) as Asset Prod Operator; Control Room Opr/Shift Supervisor since 1st Commissioning /Start-up and Day to day running operations of LNG/GAS Plants; Trains-1,2 & 3,4, Responsibilities included;
• PT Arun LNG/NGL Co Ltd, Indonesia, since Feb 1992 to August 1998 (Permanent Staff).
As O&M Field & DCS Panel Operator Technician with High Level Multi Skills; USD1000/mnth
o To lead & control a shift team and operate the plant efficiently and safely in order to optimizing output so that production targets/quality and all HSE requirements are achieved. Preparation of daily activity reports and logs records from DCS and field of all plant running parameters

• Master degree in Petroleum Engineering at Tri-Sakti, Jakarta, Indonesia (still ongoing) since 2010.
• *Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at ITM (Institute Technology Medan)
• **Completed Graduate from STEM /PTKMIGAS (Oil & Gas Academic) of Technical Orientation Program for Operation & Maintenance Certificate 1992 Cepu.

more than 19 years of LPG/Gas/LNG Plants experiences in maintaining the safe and efficient operations of the plant facilities, process & production throughout the Commissioning/Star-Up, Daily Operations including plans, scheduling and maintenance work activities (Shutdown & Start-up of the plant equipments). Develop/Review proper Operating and Maint procedures & methods, included Technical Document; PHI, Start-up & Shutdown procedures.

I have well knowledge of oversees Gas & LNG Plants Running day-to-day operations, which includes; SURF, Pig Receiver & Launcher, slug catcher /3 phase separator, MEG /TEG, Condensate Recovery Plant, Gas Treating Unit like; AGR, SRU (AGE–TGT Unit), AGI, Dehydration and MRU. Gas chilling /cold-box, Liquefaction Systems by using De-methanizer and MCHE (Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger of APCI, Nitrogen Rejection, Helium Plant, Refrigeration system as Propane/PMR & MR/DMR circuit drived by GT Frame-5,6,7 & 9, Aero-derivative GT/GTG combined cycle power plant, ST/STG. Good exposures on the systems like Liquid/Gas expander NGL recovery to produce sales gas Boosting Compressor 350km pipeline & Gas Metering System, Fractionation; including Ethane/Propane/Butane Treatment & Dry Unit. Utilities Plant, S/L & flare handling facilities.
