Major Duties of the job:
•Berthing and towing the giant LNG carriers from the open sea to the BP gas terminal at the Damiatta gas terminal.
•Preventing and combating the marine beaches pollution.
•Fire prevention and fire fighting during the approaching of the LNG carrier.
•Working in the salvage operation for the floating aground gas tankers and towing it to the safe areas.
Last (2003-2006):
Tug master on the "Sukhna 4" Tug (4600 H.P.-Azimuth Peller - Full Automation) the Ain Sukhna Terminal, Arab Petroleum Pipelines Co. (SUMED)
Major Duties of the job:
•Berthing and towing the giant oil tankers with displacement of 300,000 to 500,000 tons and depth of 20 to 32 meter to the single buoy mooring (SBM) at the open sea which are joined to the pipelines of SUMED company at the Ain Sukhna Terminal.
•Preventing and combating the marine beaches pollution.
•Fire prevention and fire fighting during the approaching of the oil tankers to the Ain Sukhna Terminal areas.
•Working in the salvage operation for the floating aground oil tankers and towing it to the safe areas.
