• Responsible for the procurement, management and maintenance of the mixed fleet of approximately 250+ vehicles that includes Heavy Vehicles, HR Vehicles, Cranes and Equipments.
• Manage 250+ staff in line with Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Process Owner of end to end ERP Implementation of Fleet Management in GPCC.
• Advising on policy and strategic developments, examining business decisions.
• Managing and supervising staff, organizing work shift routes and coordinating staff training.
• Recommend new technology solutions for logistics and infrastructure to meet operational and customer requirements and environmental objectives, presenting risk/benefit analyses to senior executives for approval/direction
• Manage relationships and liaises with municipal governments, stakeholders and industry to share information, anticipate needs, manage expectations, resolve controversial issues, proactively address concerns, and minimize risk in the delivery of cargo and environmental initiatives.
• Facilitate the development of fleet and environmental programs, and resolution of broadly impacting and sensitive issues such as development of environmental policies, implementation of environmental initiatives and introduction of new fleet and fuel technologies.
• Manage for all accidental vehicle’s accurately recording and the investigation with claim forms submitting to the Legal Team as primary contact with fleet insurers
• Handling financial viability of the fleet operation with the finance team
