As a Managing Partner of “Andries Diana” Law Office I apply, perfect and develop the legal train gained over the past few years, successfully completing my clients business assessments. As I run my main expertise area in Prahova county, which is best known as the capital of Oil and Gas for Romania, I focused my expertise area on energy industry.

InterAgro Group consists of a complex chain of more than 20 integrated companies. It developed a co-generation energy production system, a system which represents a simultaneous production process of two types of energy, thermal and electrical.

I accompanied InterAgro S.A throughout the various stages of corporate existence. I rendered advice and issued opinions with respect to various matters of corporate and commercial law and assisted with the implementation of recommendations.

Regarding energy industry and my practice, as Interagro group developed their co-generation system based on natural gas, as a reliable alternative for the reduction of global energy consumption, and having a positive impact on the environment I have been involved in Environmental Law practice so I advised on Agriculture Law, Oil and Gas Law, and Energy Law.

Regarding the Property and Development area I provided assistance in connection to title verifications, land utilization, zoning, administrative regulations, structuring of real estate transactions, acquisition and disposals, leasing, rental, concession, property management, financing, mortgages and property litigations.

Working with “CECILIA POPA & Associates” – Law firm, involved legal assistance and representation of the Romanian Government on expropriation proceedings.

Regarding the Contracts Responsibilities assigned and on course these include:

- Legal endorsement of all documents
- Participate in the process of contract negotiations
- Negotiate the trade and related contractual issues;
- Monitor the implementation of the legal clauses of the contracts;
- Draw up the formalities for the amicable settlement of disputes
- Draw up all legal documents within the Project assigned
- Responsible for tracking and speeding up the internal and external approval process of all legal documents;
- Advise clients regarding the legal procedures and practices;
- Responsible for timely and proper fulfillment of all tasks entrusted;
