- Independently handling all the Sales Tax and VAT matters of various types of companies.
- Filing of VAT returns and computing the liability of tax of various companies. Filing of Income Tax Returns of Proprietary firms as well as Partnership firms & computing the Tax liability.
- Clearance of Notices with the Sales Tax department as well as other Govt. sectors.
- To appear in the Commercial Tax dept. for Assessments of companies and complete the Assessment.
- To appear for hearing of VAT Registration of companies against the Asst. Commissioner of Commercial Tax.
- Filing of ‘e-return’ of VAT of various companies.
- Dealing with the Asst. Commissioner of Commercial Tax for the purpose of VAT & all the Sales Tax matters.
- Responsibility to handle day-to-day activity of accounts.
- Assisting in Preparation & Finalization of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Preparation of Cash Flow and Fund Flow of the company.
- Assisting Coordinating with concerned person for conducting annual audits to ensure that accounts prepared conform to statutory standards & implementing necessary recommendations.
- Managing the function of payroll administration involving computation of salaries and preparation of Salary sheet.
- Data entry work of Debit/Credit Vouchers, Bank, Cash, Petty Cash, Branch Accounting & Sale, Purchase Invoices on accounting software. (Tally ERP 9) as well as in SAP System according to Cost Center wise.
- Bill passing & Verification of Sales, Purchase and other related PJV’s & JVs.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation accounts and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts also.
- Keeping track of various Short Term Loans as well as other loan matters with National and Foreign banking.
- Preparing of payment instructions from Bank for international Transaction for Export and Import Payments.
- Liaison with Bank for daily balance up dates
- Assisting in TDS and Other income Tax matters
