Senior Process Engineer/Team Leader:

Salsabil gas Plant (SGP) is a joint venture company operated by Dewan petroleum limited(DPL) and Canadian company Really Engergy (RE) producing 250 barrels/D of condensate and 30 MMscfd of Gas from five wells located at different location approx.one kilometer away from the plant site . The condensate after primary separation and then after achieving dew temperature within limit through propane as a refrigerant is sent to Attock refinery for further processing,while sour gas after removing CO2 by amine sweatening unit, dehydration unit and achieving dew temperature sent to kot addo power plant (KAPCO) through 200 Km long undergroundd pipelines for further processing and marketing.
Process Engineer/Site Engineer:
Duration (December, 2005 – November 20007)
I was involved in Black Startup, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of SALSABIL GAS PLANT RODOH, under the supervision of SPECIALLY PROCESS EQUIPMENT (SPEC Contractor). Also remained involved in all the four Annual Shut Downs. Responsible for controlling all the activities of Process staff and efficient coordination with all the services departments, i.e., Instrument, Mechanical, Electrical, Laboratory and Fire & safety . Preparation of daily/monthly production & dispatch reports, efficient utilization of material /chemicals etc.
