The key strength I bring to my work is my strong grounding in HSE, especially as it relates to drilling, engineering and Management skills in planning, organization, and Personnel management. A good communicator and listener, I find it easy to motivate teams to achieve targets. I take hands on approach to leadership and believe that successful outcomes are the result of inspiring focus and determination towards shared goals. I enjoy interaction with people in this way, and have always developed and maintained excellent professional relations with colleagues at all levels.
