8 years of experience as Process Engineer, with a spectrum of experience ranging from Feasibility study to major EPC projects in Oil & Gas Industry. At present working for SAIPEM India, a Multi-National EPC company, with team members of different nationalities. During the tenure at SAIPEM, self has been deputed to Saipem (Snamprogetti Centre of Excellence), Milan, Italy, Saipem Nigeria, Saipem SpA, Abu Dhabi for a project.

Proven skills of design on the following areas:
o Ability to perform process simulation for GOSP using Aspen Hysys.
o Able to perform the depressurization study using Aspen Hysys.
o Flare Network Study using Aspen Flare net Software.
o Pipe Network Analysis using Pipe net Software.
o Thermal Design & Rating of TEMA Heat Exchangers using HTRI Software.
o Process definition deliverables including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, and Materials of Construction Diagrams
o Equipment specification deliverables including the Process Specifications for Engineered Equipment and Equipment Data Sheets
o Assist mechanical engineering and procurement in the final purchase of the equipment
o Controls specification deliverables including process conditions for control valves, pressure and safety relief valves, and all process control and monitoring instruments
o Instrument data including process data, range of operation and set points
o Assist instrument engineering and procurement in the final purchase of equipment
o Process conditions to be included in the Line List
o Tie In Lists, including process conditions, state and stream compositions
o Cause and Effect matrix
o Utility Balance, with peak and average operating requirements
o Chemical and catalyst requirements, consumptions rates and specifications
o Check modified process systems equipment sizes, line sizes, control valve sizes, relief valve sizes, and all other aspects of the design unique to Process Engineering
o Review and approve/comment on vendor drawings and deliverables.

Exposure to International codes and standards like API, Shell etc.

Excellence in understanding of quality to ensure work in synchronization with the corporate objectives.

I have obtained my graduation in Chemical Engineering (Rank 4) from Anna University, Chennai in 2007.
