Mechanical Engineer

I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Services for buildings and facilities ( HVAC , Plumbing , fire protection & others ) and also in Industrial projects with more than 10 years .

• 10 years of experience in HVAC , Plumbing , fire protection , Irrigation & gas Systems design, execution & planning …
• Heat load calculation for HVAC and other hydraulics design for Commercial & Residential Towers, Hospitals, Factories, schools, Swimming pools, Kitchens,…..
• Drawings of A/C equipments, Plumbing & fire protection and accessories.
• Knowledge of designing software as per standards.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and standards.
• Drawing submission, discussion & approval from authorities.( DM & Civil Defence ) ..
• Experience in AutoCAD drawings.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from (University of Technology), IRAQ- Baghdad 1997. First class graduation.

- Diploma degree in Mechanical equipments and heavy machines (Oil Training Institute) IRAQ - Baghdad 1993. First class graduation .

• Review drawings and specifications and mechanical shop drawings, follow their execution, and ensure its compliance with Contract obligations


• Assist CAD operators in drafting concept design drawings, riser schematics, shop drawings etc.
• Review of tender document including the scope of work, specifications, and value engineering, tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, and list of deviation to the specification, request for information (RFI).list of deviation to the scope of work. to ensure the operational availability of the systems on behalf of the clients and prepare a reports for the submissions and approvals ..
• Carry out the Project design and prepare a report for the Client with recommendations for any changes or additions to be made. And design submission for the Dubai municipality..

• Responsible for the overall work execution of Installation’s inspection, hydro testing, BOQ commissioning, and handover.

• Directing Site Engineers for resolving technical issues arising during Installation.

• Examine Mechanical shop drawings, and material submittals, to ensure their compliance with specifications and contract documents.

• Check the execution of work on site, and ensure of its adherence to contract documents.
