Senior Planning and Cost Engineer

Has around 12 years of working experience in Project Management and Project Control of large-scale projects.

1. Create and Develop and Update EPC Master Time Schedule Including Project Life Cycle (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start – Up).
2. Create and Develop and Update PMS (Progress Measurement System)
3. Assist in FEED and HAZOB Studies.
4. Create and Develop and Update Engineering Status.
5. Create and Develop and Update Procurement Status.
6. Assist and monitor of Tender, Technical and Commercial Evaluation Stages and variations and claims.
7. Determine Budget & Budget Maintains and Budget Control.
8. Conduct analysis of Operations Activity Requisitions Cost and Schedule.
9. Create and Develop and Update Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis, Cost Trending, Cost Forecasting, Cost Reporting , Cost and Budget Control (including preparation of AFEs and cost phasing)
10. Invoice review and administration and Project Asset Capitalization.
11. Assist in the Development of Risk analysis and Risk Assignment.
12. Develop and monitor of Reports (Monthly / Weekly / Daily).
13. Prepares Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning schedule, sequence, and priority systems / sub-systems as per process requirements and construction status.
14. Prepares manpower organization to fulfill the commissioning schedule and assess the available resources and possible constraints in the execution of the same.
15. Oversees and ensures all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning.
16. Determine Presentations and Data Show.
