A leading Infrastructure Project Developer in water, wastewater treatment and reclamation, district cooling, solid waste management and enhanced oil recovery as well as a leading Contractor and Facilities Management Service Provider to the petroleum, chemicals, power, water and commercial sectors in the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities include:
Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Reviewing the Approved Manpower requisition form issued by the HOD and accepted by budgeting Dept.
- Planning Recruitment (checking Demobilization employee list, screening and sourcing from our database, Local recruitment, Overseas recruitment, referral etc.
- Issuing Demand Letters
- Reviewing selection list, short listing and interviewing candidates, preparing Visa Application Form and on boarding them accordingly.
- All joining Formalities, including preparing Advance Salary request.
Coordinate with Department / Project Heads and Liaise with Recruitment agencies to conduct in-house/Overseas Job interviews, recruitment events and follow-ups up to finalization.
Screening ISTRs, resumes and preparing selection list of candidates interviewed for each project and get it approved by the concerned project/department head.
Obtain relevant documents from selected candidates/agencies for visa processing/residency transfer. Prepare and send request for visa processing to Admin and follow-ups.
Maintaining HR MIS through ERP and other reports.
Handling workers problems and complaints.
Maintaining and updating complete record in and through ORACLE ERP.
Advising salary advance records to Finance and Accounts Department.
Giving Oracle ERP training to Site Coordinators.
Maintaining employee relations through send a standard format of mails to employees at different occasions.
Handling Manpower Mobilization De-mobilization list (Resignation /Dismissal / Termination).
Preparing Monthly Reports.
