Design of various Equipment like Distillation Column, Heat Exchanger etc
- Work on Simulation software like UNISIM, HYSIS etc.
- Heat exchanger design and heat load calculation for condenser, utility etc.
- Development of P&ID, PFD etc
- Continues process stability. Solvent purity.
Present Work:- Venturi system installation and validation trial of technology for development of 4 Chloro phenyl isocyanides.
- Distillation simulation design and erection of column for MCB.
Project incharge
- Erection and Commissioning for continuous process for manufacturing of Ethyl Hexyl Chloroformate.
- Working on continuous decantation technique for Benzyl chloroformate after extraction.
