inspection of piping welding activities of construction of oil and gas projects

a) Witness&coordination with client and subcontractors to there Welder Qualification Test record’s as per Approved Welding Procedure Specifications, Approved Procedure Qualification record requirements.
b) Review of inspection reports, welding statics rejection rate report, welder evaluation reports and report feed back to QC supervisor&QC manager.
c) Review&ensure calibration certificates of mechanical, electrical, digital equipments and instruments (eg; welding machines, welding electrode ovens, PWHT, UT, MT, PMI Testing machine and pressure, temperature and measurin instruments.
d) Carryout stage inspections as per approved ITP have and approved procedures rise RFI and coordination with client and subcontractors to clear inspection points and close the reports.
e) Conduct inspection of material identification and traceability by verify stencil marks, heat no and lot no transferring & dimensional, physical damages and clear the inspection points with clients and close all inspection reports.
f) Conduct Inspection and coordination with client and subcontractors to pre and final alignment installation of various static and rotary equipments such as pressurevessels, metering skids and pumps.
g) Inspection of hot tap installation inprocess welding inspection ( hottap+valve+split tee hydro testing) and hot taping and coordination with clients and clear the all inspection points&reports.
h) Conduct Inspection of field hydtro testing of valves installation and bolt torquin&tensioning coordinating with clients to clear inspection points and reports.
i) Inspection of threaded and flanged joints inspection(flange alignment and bolt torquing).
j) Conduct and coordination with the clients and clear Stage Inspection by verification that dimensions, set-up (gap-mismatch, grove angle, cleanliness of joint) as per Approved drawings, WPS, Engineering data sheets, and allot qualified welders. Checking of preheat temperatures wherever required according to specified procedures and inter pass temperatures as per qualified WPS.
k) Conduct pressure testing (hydro, pneumatic) test as per specified codes and approved procedures.
q) Inspection&Preparation of final punch listing items and clear the punch items coordination with construction team.
