Responsibilities;

Receiving all visitors to the office
Booking appointments for the pastors.
Receiving calls, letters and taking appropriate messages.
Data entry for the pastoral office include :typing the visitors list, consolidating the new believers list of names, contacts e.t.c
Dusting/wiping all office furniture and equipment daily.
Storage and follow up of church marketing materials distribution e.g brochures ,book mark. Allocation of printed material to the ushers.

OUTGOING QUALITY LEVEL INSPECTOR in SAFE PAK LIMITED ecolab (Oct 2009-April 2011)
Responsibilities;

Carry out sampling plan on finished products as follows : checking correct quantity per bag, ensuring proper packaging integrity is maintained, ensuring that the color of the product is uniform.
Identifying trouble shooting problem and solve them in a timely manner.
Ensuring that the FIFO system is followed during dispatch of product.
Implementing and checking the effectiveness of the company’s integrated management system ISO 9001 – quality management, ISO 22000 – food & safety management and ISO 14000 – environmental management.
Fill and upgrade out-going quality level and truck inspection forms and documentation process.
Report all quality problems to the quality assurance manager for immediate attention.

QUALITY ASURANCE OFFICER in LAB & ALLIED LTD pharmaceutical lab (2009)
Responsibilities;

Conduct quality control procedures that is ; friability test, disintegration time test, HPLC & dissolution tests to verify the product specifications.
Maintain all the documents and files require in the production floor.
Implement WHO-Good manufacturing practices guidelines in the existing company policies and regulations.
Formulate & review standard operation procedure, batch manufacturing record, policies and site master file.
Monitoring and evaluating manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Analysing production plan everyday.
