Job Description :
Develop Process Simulation with HYSYS based on Clients Process Design Basis for the overall project
Develop the Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
Develop the Heat and Mass Balance
Develop Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) based on PFD and the control required regarding with process operation condition.
Do sizing calculation for Process Equipments and Prepare data sheet for Process Equipment (Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Contactor, Internal part, etc.).
Calculate size required and prepare the appropriate data sheets for Process Instrumentation Equipment (control valve, pressure safety valve, temperature indicator, pressure indicator, flow element, level gauge, etc).
