OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE TAKEN:

 Manage / supervise discipline construction activities and ensure that all works are completed according, on schedule and to appropriate levels of HSE & quality.
 Manage the construction activities in safe manner, within budget, on time and Review the scope of construction works and identify any anomalies prior and during construction.
 Monitor HSE performance of in the area and ensure that all work sites are under control and operating in a safe manner.
 Reviewing of Engg. Documents / drwgs & Planning, Co-ordination between management and other sub contractors.
 Ensure the job has been done according to company standards and the site is cleared before project close – out.
 Encourage / promote and maintain safe site working practices with working team.
 Preparation of project status reports, close monitoring & follow up of progress.
 Attending weekly and monthly meetings. Organizing regular meeting with sub contractor & follow up.
 Adopting approved safety rules & regulation procedures & giving proper guidance to the execution team to achieve the effective progress as per schedule with no loss man-hours during execution.
 Prepare the plan for work activities and manpower list. Prepare the permit to work carried out.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report of project activities to resolve outstanding issue
