I actively manage and deliver on product penetration, device portfolio planning, sales channel optimization, Distribution and channel strategy plans implementation, channel incentive management as well as partner account management.
I manage and supervise a wide distribution channel composed of highly capitalized distributors in a volatile and price sensitive market. I also directly manage the second tier distribution chain which is largely active directly below the principal distributors. This direct and second tier network delivers value in excess of US$ 40MN quarterly contributing 40% of total Eastern and Southern Africa revenue. East and Southern Africa sales cluster consists of 6 countries: ( Kenya, Uganda , Tanzania, Mozambique, Angola, Zambia)
