„X Coordinate activities involving Customers, suppliers, Freight forwarders and/or company funtions.
„X Supervise the Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QA/QC) of all incoming and outgoing orders and shipments.
„X Obtain and verify quotes for Air / Sea Freight shipments from overseas vendors.
„X Obtain Clearance documents from suppliers, Customs Exemption Letters from the US Armed Forces & Coordinate Customs Clearance process with the local Agents for smooth and timely deliveries.
„X Coordinate Local Deliveries with Vendors / Customers.
„X Track shipments from time of origin to destination.
„X Asses Number of trucks req. based on Warehouse Stock position and give Instructions to warehouse for loading. Arrange trucks from Local Transport companies for loadings depending on better service and rates.
„X Verify and approve delivery documents for each truck in accordance with the materials loaded on the truck.
„X Verify and approve Freight invoices.
