Designation: Quality Control Engineer
• Confident to handle the construction and quality control activities as specified in the Drawings(isometric drawings, P&ID, GAD, Equipment drawing etc) and applicable standards and specifications
• Good knowledge in Radiographic Interpretation of weld joints, Ultrasonic Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Penetrant Test, Reporting and Documentation.
• Familiar with Material Inspection, Dimensional Check and Documentation as per Construction Materials Standards such as ASTM/ASME SA 106, SA 515, SA 516, SA 105, SA 312, SA 240, SA 234 etc and with ANSI standards of ASME B 36.10, B16.5, B16.9
• Prepare Quality documents to every inspection stage.
• Inspect the job while incoming, in process, final inspection.
• Final Inspection Report preparation.
• Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection.
• Conduct Welder Qualification Test
• Project Supervision, to achieve the schedule of work in time.
• Qualifying welding as per Structural Welding code-steel.
• Repair reducing activities & Problem solving and maintaining quality and welding documents.
• Carrying out at shops/stores, Inward, In process & Final Inspection

• Completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Anjuman College of Engineering, Bhatkal under Visvesvaraya Technological University in July 2010.

• Completed Higher Secondary School Education from DHO Higher Secondary School, Kerala under Central Board of Secondary Education March 2006.
