 Specialization: Field instruments and control system of Power Boiler-AFBC(ENMAS) of capacity 117 t/hr,105 kg/cm2 pressure,510 deg Celsius, 21MW Turbine(BHEL) with maxDNA DCS (METSO),Chemical Recovery Boiler (ENMAS) of capacity 140 t/hr, Evaporators, FLS Lime kiln, Causticization and Producer gas plant with Honeywell DCS C300
 Responsible for carrying out of preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting the problems concerned with the power block, man power planning, material management, and spares indenting and reporting to Manager – Instrumentation Trouble-shoot and repair equipments and components.
 Involved in the planning for upgrades, modifications and execution of the planned tasks in order to achieve zero breakdowns in the section concerned
 Capable of creating logic and interlocks for process & safety improvements in DCS.
 Involved in allocation of channels in DCS for additional instruments.
 Managing graphics changes and any modification of control logics in DCS.
 Capable of understanding P&I drawings, Relay logic drawings and Signal marshalling drawings.
 Good knowledge on Woodward governor 505E operations and 3500 Bently Nevada Vibration monitoring systems.
 Preparation of bill of materials, obtaining offers, evaluating them and giving recommendation for procurement.
 Maintenance of spares for all the field instruments and DCS related items
 Maintenance of Documents related to ISO 9001 & 14001, 18001
