• Maintenance & Calibration of Control Valves, I/P Converters & Solenoid Valves.
• Calibration of all types of Flow Meters.
• Maintenance & Calibration of level transmitters (Capacitance type, & Displacer Type)
• Maintenance & Calibration of electronic type Pressure & Flow Transmitters.
• Maintenance & Calibration of Pneumatic Transmitters & Pneumatic Controllers.
• Commissioning & Installation of Pneumatic & electronic instruments.
• Maintenance & Calibration of analyzers(O2,Co2)
• Calibration and check Gas detector of Drager through portable gas with Methane and propane gas.
• Fire detection check through CO gas.
• Loop checking of internal and external plant of instrument.
• Maintenance & Calibration of Temperature gauges, Temperature Indicators, Temperature Transmitters, RTDs Thermocouples,
• Maintenance & Calibration of level Switches & temperature Switches.
• Maintenance & Calibration of Level Gauges (Sight Glass Type, Magnetic float Type)
• Sound knowledge of the Bently Nevada Vibration Monitor system
• Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings also.
• Work on PLC, DCS, SCADA &Trip System (ZC).
• Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.
• Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits
• Basic knowledge of Computer.
