Contributes in the planning, reviewing and approval of the vinous projects documents, Supervise and control activities of the assigned contractors engaged in the execution of the activities of the project throughout all phases in accordance to company safety, technical and standards procedures.
Prepare periodic progress and status reports on projects in hand to keep the management informed about the status of progress / cost / variations and to facilitate decision making.
•Active participation in reviewing scope of requirements and documentation
•Planning, attending and reviewing all project progress reports and meetings including project specific studies i.e. weekly meetings, SIL study, HAZID study etc.
•Managing and controlling the quality standards of all project documents submitted by the contractor in accordance with the company standards and SOR.
•Monitor and control, along with other PMC members, the project schedule, look ahead plans and recovery plans to ensure performance and progress.

•Contributes to the development and definition of project parameters (such as defining scope of work, schedule and completion and budgetary cost estimates) to ensures that projects are properly planned and meet user requirements.
•Prepare project execution strategy, method studies, cost evaluation and pre-project planning.
•Follows-up and coordinates the various sectors of the project to ensure interfaces are properly monitored to avoid delays to the project. Proposes and implement remedial actions if necessary.
•Supervise the performance of Contractors for the project.
•Review contractor’s invoices and monitors contracts cost in liaison with Planning and Cost Service. Evaluates cost trend and advises the Senior Project Engineer as necessary.
•Ensures that close-out procedures for all contracts are being complied with including control of project as-built documentation, material reconciliation and close-out reports.

- B.Sc. (Electronic engineering), from Mechanical & Electrical engineering University / Damascus.
- Instrumentation &Process Control certificate from Shell. B.V/ the Netherlands
- Knowledge on Project Management Professional (PMP) revision 4.
- V. Good MS. Office user.
- Fluent English communication skills/ fluent speaking/ V. good technical writing & presentation skills
- Arabic (mother language).
