Monitoring QA / QC audit for internal & external of the Boilers & Pressure Vessels, Pressure & Process Piping, Safety Valves, Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Fire water pipelines, Natural Gas Pipelines, Utilities Pipelines, according to the Act, Regulations, CSA, NBIC, ASME, API, ABSA, TSSA, NFPA codes.
Performed installations, periodic, new construction, repairs, alterations, approval of new designs and registrations, incident investigations / reports, NDE (PT, MT, UT, X-Ray, VT). Audited the ITP’s, QA manuals, NCRs, procedures, techniques, drawings, PQR, WPS, & WPQ.
Provided Support to maintenance organizations and contractors for equipment repairs, alterations and pressure testing witnessing. Reviewed Reports from service companies on safety valve service reports and checked the compliance to Relief Valve Program and report deviations. Lead and participated in the investigation and follow-up of significant static equipment incidents and root cause analysis, problem solving and investigation.
