October 26th, 2012 – Operation Manager – Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
November 12th, 2010 – Safety Officer – Angola, Head of HSE Department. My duty involves implementation and strict monitoring of HACCP program, Safety Management System, regular HSE training for staff, risk assessment and accident prevention planning, accident investigation, HSE auditing and reporting, compilation of statistics.
CONGO
August 2nd, 2010 – Catering Supervisor on “Emeraude” an oil drilling platform at sea owned by Perenco – a French oil exploitation company.
March 6th, 2010 - reassigned to Pellegrini - Congo to initiate a new contract between Pellegrini Catering Congo and Promar Shipping Services, Switzerland.
CAMEROON
May 20th, 2007 - reassigned to Pellegrini - Cameroon in order to ensure catering and accommodation supervision for a running contract between Pellegrini Catering Cameroon and Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCO – A division of EXXON MOBIL).
NIGERIA
February 7th, 2007 I commenced my new job with Pellegrini Catering Nigeria as a junior catering supervisor on SAIPEM Base – ENI AGIP in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

1988 – 1992 Matei Basarab Highschool, Bucharest, Romania
1992 - 1995 Sophomore State University – Department of Building Engineering. Discontinued due to lack of financial backup.
2005 - Sophomore, State University, Dept. of Civil Buildings Installations. I reenlisted in the University in order to get a degree in electrical equipment for civil buildings.
Qualified Low Voltage Electrician.
Qualified Labor Safety Inspector.

I consider myself as a disciplined individual, concerned with my duties yet fun to be around, fond to learn and know more, passionate driver, conscientious worker, capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time, capable of understanding and working with people of different backgrounds and cultures, safety-oriented, team work oriented.
