2003-2006: Learning and subsequently managing API in Kutch-Saurashtra acreage in the Gujarat, West Coast of India region:-

a. 2D (3500 lkm) & 3D (1280km2) Seismic & G-M data, Shallow hazard survey & multibeam data acquisition and seabed coring location.
b. Regional Geological interpretation and mapping on 2D seismic data of ~5000 lkm to understand the regional geological setting & possible petroleum system.
c. API of 1281 km2 of 3D seismic data & preliminary reserve estimation.
d. Varied lithology of Toe thrust related growth faults in structurally challenging region.
e. 3D PSTM velocity model generation & QC.
f. Successful drilling of exploratory well SR01-A1 with a hydrocarbon discovery.

2006-2010: Ultra Deepwater exploration blocks in the Mahanadi Basin in North Bay of Bengal (East coast of India):-

a. Regional Geological interpretation and mapping on 2D seismic data of ~25000 lkm to understand the regional geological setting & possible petroleum system covering 85 East Ridge.
b. Planning & API of total 17850 lkm of 2D seismic & G-M data and building of deep water depositional model.
c. Regional & block specific Sequence stratigraphy mapping up to 3rd order completed (training by Dr. O. Catuneanu, University of Alberta).
d. Coarse grid 2D PSTM velocity model generation.
e. Planning of total 6600 km2 (five blocks) of 3D seismic data & preliminary reserve estimation.


2010-2011: API of 3D seismic data (1200km2) in UDW blocks (2360m-2640m bathymetry).

a. Mapping & Generation and Upgradation of economically viable prospect from Play types with 3D PSTM velocity model.
b. Source rock modeling, reservoir characterization and reservoir sediment dispersal model.
c. MWP and other commitments of exploration licenses.
