Mechanical field engineer(well stimulation)

Working experience:
• Make a P.T.O (power take off) unit for frack pumper. With the help of wane pump, crate a pressure till 2000 psi and transmit to the hydraulic starter through solenoid valve for actuation.

• Hydraulic fracturing job:
Hydraulic fracturing job has been done in 3440 meter depth of the well with very low permeability well(<0.01MD) with 8500 psi closer pressure and 30 bbl/min injection rate. total job size was 40 tone 20-40 sand uses. with the help of Mechanical packer with tubing. and the result was successes.


• Sand jet operation:
With the help of CTU, sand jet perforation at 3139 meter depth at sand stone formation, working pressure 7000psi and 4.2 bbl/mim flow rate with 2.2 ppg sand. the size of the nozzle of the perforation gun is 1/8”.the coil size OD of CTU was 1.75”

• Acid job:
Acid job has been done in low permeability well, with mechanical packer.
30% concentrated HCL, with frack pumps. the flow rate was 1.4bbl/mim and the working pressure was 5500 psi. after this fracturing job done with working pressure 8300 psi and inject flow rate at 27 bbl/min.20-40 size propant has been used .the job size was 35 tone.

• Well killing operation:
The flowing pressure of the well was 900 psi at 1/4” choke size. with the use of 1.16 specific gravity brine(KCL water) and pumping pressure was 6500 psi and the max. flow rate was 2.5bbl/min.
• Commissioning operation:
Engaged in coordinating and supporting Stewart & Stevenson engineers at the time of commissioning of WSS Fleet of 21 units at FOCUS ENERGY LTD, Rajasthan Jaisalmer.(Unit comprises of 12 Triplex Frack pumpers and 6 Quintriplex Frack pumpers, working pressure-15000psi and plunger size-4”,Blender unit-Coil tubing unit, hydration unit, and Data Van).
