Activities & Responsibilities
Familiar with pipe and valve specifications, API standards,DEP,s regarding Mechanical equipments and knowledge in interpreting PEFS and Engineering drawings.
Checking of the units for completion & correctness against P&ID Inspection,Execution of steam blowing, Air blowing, Nitrogen purging Tightness test.
Oil flushing/ circulation in forced lubrication system.
Maintaining that all the static and rotary equipments are installed leveled and aligned as per technical and qualitative standards. to implement the standard proper quality control procedures check/verify all hold point such as foundation layout grouting, leveling, shaft alignment, bolt tensioning visual line inspection Hydro-testing oil analysis monitoring, oil flushing vibration/sound level monitoring inspection, testing, punch listing.
Installation, remove, inspection and repairs mechanical spare parts like bearings seals etc.
Conducting toolbox talk and sharing safety moment before starting the work
Well conversant with PTW and LOTO System
Preparing work packs / MJR / Procedure method statement for maintenance of rotating / static equipments.

Take day to day responsibility for various repair/ replacement on PM and CM schedules.
