 commissioning works of different systems such as Process Control System and process shutdown system and fire and gas system.
 functional testing and cleaning of thermo-element (rtd’s and thermocouple), motor operated valve (mov) taking into consideration their interlocking and protection system involved in its operation
 Cclibrate & check the proper response of valves (of various types) if it corresponds to its designed action.

 documentation works such as inspection report and acceptance check of every loop checks and relevant instrument dossier.
 loop checking, calibration and testing of fire and gas devices
 simulation checks, calibration check and trouble shooting of fire and gas system devices.
 servicing and repair of combustible and h2s gas detectors, and flame detectors.
 set up warning and trip alarm of every detector as per client’s requirements.
 responsible for the shutdown works of all instruments and sensors installed on steam & gas turbines and heat recovery team generation (hrsg)
 updating and reporting of completed loops through pims (project integrated management system) and verify mechanically completed instrument prior to pre commissioning.
 calibrates field instruments; on-line & or bench calibration, if necessary.
 calibrate & check the proper response of valves (of various types) if it corresponds to its designed action.
