LEAD ENGINEER MECHANICAL(OIL/GAS)

As a Mechanical Engineer, having overall experience of more than 12 years in the field of Engineering, Project Management & Plant Construction, related to Oil & Gas, Chemical, Electricity, Water, Petrochemical, Refinery Projects, etc.

? Contract Management, Field Engineering, Data Management, Equipments Management, Manpower Management, Purchase Coordination and Sub Contractor Management for completing the project in time.
? Ensuring the site construction activities in compliance with Company.
? Preparing and implementing the HSE procedures in coordination with HSE Department.
? Coordinating with Client, Management and Head of Project Execution team for successful completion of the project in time with Safety & Quality Standards.
? Ensuring all required Quality Control Procedures is made and the project execution in compliance with the approved Quality Control Procedures and relevant Codes & Standards.
? Coordination with Planning Department for preparing Schedules and necessary implementation at site.
? Preparing MTO and further coordination with Purchase Department to procure the materials in time as per the specifications.
? Planning and executing the various activities, viz., Pipes Prefabrication and Pipe Supports fabrication and Erection of Spools, Structures & Equipments at Site.
? Planning and executing the Civil Jobs at Site through Civil Sub Contractor.
? Coordination with Client for resolving the site constraints and fulfilling their requirements.
? Coordination with QA/ QC Department and execute the construction activities with 100% quality.
? Coordination with HSE Department and ensuring the safe working ambience at Site.
? Preparing Work Method Statements and Rigging plans for all critical activity.
? Carrying out Hydro Test Package activities.
? Planning of manpower, equipment and tools requirement.
? Erection of Spools, Pipe Supports and Equipments at Site
Following Rotating and Static equipments erected at GC-07, 08 &21 Site
? Tank vapour Compressors (40 tons)
? Suction Scrubbers (10 tons each)
? Discharge Scrubber (5 tons each)
? Coolers (15 tons each)
? Drain seal drum.
? Skids (10 tons)

Educational Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical) – Passed in April 1999
