LOGISTIC MATERIAL SUPERVISOR AND RIG CLERK

Main Responsibilities at Offshore/Deep Water Co-ordinate the receipts and dispatch of all materials, equipment and personnel, maintain records and prepare documentation necessary to meet operational and regulatory requirements. To complete the logistics and personnel sections on the Daily Look ahead. Main Tasks Prepare all inward manifest for equipment from the Rig, either via vessel or helicopter. Check receipt of all outward cargo against and sing as confirmation of receipt, once checked, and send copy back to operations base.
Ensure Logistics Department is notified or planned inbound passengers for any schedule flights the day before the planned flight and wherever possible for hoc Requirement Liaise with Rig contractor to have all cargo packaged /containerized suitably for relevant mode of transport with correct paperwork including hazardous goods documentation where necessary.
Maintain Bulks/Fuel reconciliation record, to cover all transfer from/to vessels and daily usage. In order to assist Company Man ((Drilling Supervisor) As necessary in Operational duties


FLEET SUPERVISOR AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR SHORE BASE OPERATION COORDINATOR SHORE BASE OPERATIONS MATERIAL COORDINATOR:
Ensure the safe, efficient and cost effective arrival and departure of all materials by road, sea and air.
• Ensure the correct storage and maintenance of oilfield tubular goods in accordance with API recommendations.
• Ensure correct and safe usage of all mechanical lifting and handling equipment including forklifts and cranes.
• Verify existence and proper use of a lifting equipment register for all items of lifting equipment including the cargo carrying fleet of containers and baskets.
• Responsible for the administration of all inventory items held in stock or on consignment.
• Maintain the register of all rental equipment and tools mobilized for the project.
• Ensure use of a register of all Materials Safety Data sheets for all hazardous products handled on the base.
