29 years of experience in construction industry through petrochemical plants, Oil refineries, cross country pipe lines, fabrication of offshore platforms etc with multinational companies.

In general I am assigned with responsibilities of Contract Administration, Contract review and notify contractual obligations, quantify finalization, costing, negotiation and invoicing of changes / submission of variations to client etc as required by the client & management, attending meeting with Client and Subcontractors, Contractual letter drafting , prepare budget etc at the following focal area as required.

i. Qatar Petroleum Development Company (QPD) - Project Name : Engineering, Procurement & Construction (Package 1). Project value USD 47 Million. (EPC project)

ii. Vetco Aibel AS - Project No : GOLFINHO II Project II FPSO Topside. Project value -USD 27 Million ( Fabrication of modules )

iii. Charville Consultores E Serviços, Lda. : Project Name : Escravos Gas to Liquids Project. Project value USD 167million. ( Fabrication of modules 23 Nos)

iv. M/s. Swiber Offshore Construction PTE LTD : Modification to SWP Deck, Jacket and Piles at PL location ( for BG )

v. SINGLE BUOY MOORING INC : Project Name Contract for the Production Field Centre (PFC) for the Deep Panuke Project, Offshore Nova Scotia – Project Value USD 114 million – ( fabrication Rig project - on going )

vi. TGPC , Supply of Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTG cranes) to Various Container Terminals , Iran , India – Cochin, Bombay , Aden, Pakistan etc
