HVAC Engineering Design for oil and gas industry

Excellent experience in the field of HVAC System from Concept Design, Space Heat Load Estimation, Air Flow Schematic Diagram, Duct Sizing, Piping, Review of Equipment Document (AHU, Package A/cs, Chiller, Pumps etc..).
Experience in maintenance and monitor performance of DX System, CHW system AHU, Package AC etc
Additional Experience in Design of Fire fighting systems as per NFPA & Plumbing systems as per Plumbing Design Guide.
Carried out Detail Design of HVAC for oil and gas Industry, Power Industry for Substations control rooms, laboratories etc, Waste water Treatment Plants, Pumping stations, etc
Additional experience in Fire Fighting and Plumbing System.
Witness Factory Acceptance Testing , Site inpection testings and commissioning of HVAC System.
Expert in ASHRAE, ARI, AMCA, SMACNA, DW, NFPA, PLUMBING DESIGN CODES Standards.
Expert in Engineering Software such as Carrier’s E-20 Block load, HAP, ACAD, PDMS, CAESAR.
Preparation of Scope of Works for HVAC Contractor, Raise technical Queries to client, Clarify the technical queries raised by HVAC Contractor, Technical Bid Evaluation.
Coordination with other discipline such as Architectural/Civil, Electrical, HSE, etc.
Expert in fresh air flow calculation for dilution of hazard gas concentration, generated inside the room, Air flow calculation for pressurization of room etc.
Good experience in working ISO 9001 Environment.
