- Material control and logistics activities at the O&G construction.
- Material movement and handling, field, Good knowledge of specific and general equipment, as well as shipment

- Knowledge of permitting activities relevant to material delivery and expediting.
-Attend a daily activities and HSE briefing: Discuss the daily activities scheduled and raise any HSE issue or safety observation and ASA. This briefing help us to plan smoothly our activities in safe manner
-Checking material documentation flow (packing list, conformity certificates/MSDS.
-Organize dispatching to others site. Notify SCM management in case of any discrepancy.
-Raise OSD if required (Overage, shortage and damage report), Initiate procurement and material coordinator of shortfalls and non-conforming items. Reconcile deficiencies to close out OSD.
-Manage truck transportation of goods between sites. Dispatching of miscellaneous material (Spares, chemicals etc) and material transfer. To insure stock level on each of the warehouses.
Provide training for the new Maximo users, how to do different search on the system catalogues or raise PR’s.
- Provide different kind of reports using business object (Stock value, Stock quantity).
- Material description amendment and enhancement, to improve system catalogue and sourcing directly from manufacturer. Thus company will saves money and time.
- Inventory and bring to stock all project surplus (insurance spares and commissioning spares and coordinating their acceptance by the discipline engineer .Create dummy through maximo for every single surplus
- Following all warranty claims materials, keep contact with subcontractor purchasing engineer and our discipline engineer, To close all the warranty claims
- Issuing material for nightshift in case of emergency
