PRESENT ASIGNMENT:

Responsibilities: -
„«Maintenance of following rotary equipment.
Reciprocating comp, Centrifugal pump, Fans & blowers, Reciprocating pump, and turbine etc.
„«Root cause Analysis on equipment failures & take corrective action to avoid its reoccurrence.
„«Planning and Execution of annual shutdown. Estimation of manpower, materials, tools, etc. for shutdown jobs
„«Maintenance of static equipment like exchanger, receiver, heater, columns.
„«Supervision of all construction activities such as piping fabrication, equipment erection etc.
„«Co-ordination with other departments for shutdown and day to day activities.
„«Monitoring equipment failure rates. Analyze the failures to reduce it and take corrective action for improvement.
