A working experience with the knowledge in the field of instrumentation
i.e. installing, testing, calibrating, trouble shooting and maintaining
electronics Pneumatic & Mechanical equipments, including
(PLC,
Transmitters, Switches, Converters, Recorders, Indicators, Fire and Gas
Detection system, electronic, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Control Loops and
Logic Systems etc).

Dismantling, Assembling, Overhauling, Repairing, and Calibration of
different types of Control Valves, Actuators & Positioner.

Loop checking and fault diagnostic of instrumentation controls systems.

Re-commissioning and testing of all installed instrument and control
systems.

Good knowledge in reading and understanding of P & I Diagram and Logic
Diagram related to interlocking ESD system.

Hardware configuration of DCS (Distributed Control System).

Check out, Drawings Procedure and updates (Loop, Sketches, Logic,
Calibration and test recorder etc.) and start-up instrument systems.

Plant safety policy & procedure compliance. (Safety training work
Practices.)

Execute all jobs assigned by team leader.

Keep work area and equipments clean and in ready condition.

I have knowledge of trouble shooting calibration of transmitter, recorder,
indicator, controller, I/P converter as per requirement.

Maintenance and calibration of various types of sensor.

Overhauling & calibration of various types of valve.

Taylor, Arca, Siemens, Schrade-Bellows, Rotex, Asco, Rosemount, RK,
Fisher& others.
