Duties description as well testing supervisor:
ľ Site visit, hazards analysis, Hold weekly safety meeting /tool box talk for every job.
ƒæ spot the equipments, rig up and rig dawn the surface well testing equipment ,pressure test for all pipes(1502,1002,602,206¡K.).
ľ monitoring and keep control of( level ,flow rate , pressure) three phase and two phase separator, one stage and multi stages ,horizontal and vertical ,free water knockout .
ľ prepare different samples and calculation of (API oil , SG oil, SG gas , BS&W, Water Salinity,PH , viscosity ,H2S%,CO2%,sand) and take PVT samples.
ľ Calculate meter factor by gauge or surge tank, calculate shrinkage factor by shrinkage tester or gauge tank.
ľ Fixing and calibration of Parton recorder, operating and maintenance of Daniel box, replacement of orifice plate, choose correct gas outlet orifice size.
ľ Fixing and calibrating of flow meter device and determine correct K factor (turbine meter).
ľ Treatment of (foamy oil, emulation, hydrates, parafenate, waxes, sands).
ľ handling with (oil and gas wells ,sour and sweet wells ,production and exploration wells ,high and low GOR ,high and low flow rates ,natural and artificial lifting(nitrogen, beam pump, ESP ) ,
Surging flow, slugging¡K).
ľ Well head assembly and X max tree valves operation, Choke valve operation and maintenance (fixed & adjustable), inlet manifold operation and operating.
ľ Calculate gross production, net oil production, gross water production, BS&W, and gas oil ratio.
ľ Check, calibrate, adjust, repair different type of level /pressure control valves and transmitters, handle, monitor, specify, and find out/water/gas specifications.
ľ Prepare tanks/flow lines /separators/different equipment for maintenance or inspection when
Require.
ľ Assists and analyze risk jobs hazards, doing risk assessment reports.
ľ Administrative task related to production group and activities.
