• Promoting the Flowserveˇ¦s extensive portfolio of Process Control Valves into the Oil & Gas , petrochemical, Power Sector, Desalination markets targeting major projects and end user sales
• Generating Sales Booking in excess of USD 18 million per annum within designated territory
• Mainly responsible for Flowserve range of control valve brands: VALTEK (Well known brand in the industry), VALBART (Ex-Velan Ball valves), along with all other Flowserve control sector brands
• Provide guidance and market intelligence to the Inside Sales Team to ensure technically compliant and commercially optimized bids are submitted to the customer including preparation and implementing tenders and quotations for major End Users and Consultants. Understanding of Tender specification/ Data sheets for C & I systems, Controls, Shut down logic philosophy, Preparation of control schemes etc
• Presentation of the Flowserve products and Middle East capabilities to end users, FEED contractors, EPCˇ¦s and fabricators.
• Follow the Flowserve policies for SAPs (Sales Approval process), credit approvals and legal review of Terms and Conditions
• Execute direct and channel partner sales model including developing working relationship with agents. Effectively manage the sales representative network, identify skill gaps, provide training, and upgrade non-performing reps.
• Control Valves and On-off actuated valves sizing and selection
• Liaison with Customer, Consultant and sub-vendors for input freezing and designing suitable control valves
• Involved in project Execution / Project & Contract Management,- POST ORDER DOCUMENTATION, Coordinating with execution, implementation and service departments for smooth functioning of execution operations. Involved in Billing and collection of payments
• Coordinating with all worldwide factories, foundries for their support in terms of specialized technical consultancy, custom built designs, production and delivery statuses
• Cost estimation, budgeting and control. Profit and Loss monitoring. Managing SG&A and capital expenditure.
