INPLANT TRAININGS:

• During January’ 2011
Two weeks inplant training in January’ 2011, was done at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, NASIK divn. OJHAR, pertaining to following domains:
Precision Machine Shop, CNC Shop. Undertaken a small project of manufacturing of internal flexible joint of gyroscope, in a EDM CNC m/c (ROBOFIL 2030SI).

Study of the different machining centers like
 universal machining centers,
 Water jet cutting machine
 J C B Strech machine .
DESCRIPTION: Detailed study of the whole machine, all its parts and their working.
Detailed study on SU-30MKI , MiG27 BOMBER , MiG-21 VARIENT

•During april’ 2011
Two weeks inplantr training in April’ 2011, was done at INTEGRAL COACH FACTORY (ICF), Chennair pertaining to following domains:
A week study of INDIAN RAILWAYS COACHES
 Study of the different machining centers like, universal machining centers etc.
 Study of the making SHELL in SHELL DEVISION
 Study of the FERNISHING OF COACHES in FERNISHING DIVISION
DESCRIPTION: During the week we have studied about various types of coaches made In ICF, like sleeper coach ,AC-coach ,MRVC mumbai local coach, Kolkata METRO Rail etc,

I am recently pursuing my final year B.Tech MECHANICAL at DR M.G.R UNIVERSITY,Chennai
With a good percentage over 7 semester with 8.10 GPA. And I will be compleating my degree on May 2012

national conference of 2012 paper presented on research work done in nanotechnology.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT:

•Title of the project: Synthesis and study the mechanical properties of Nylon 66/Multi-wall Carbon Nanotube Nanocomposites.
•Objective of the project: To study and discuss the influence of the MWNT with nylon66 over nylon6,6 with results .
