Roles and Responsibilities:


„« Responsible for overall control and administration of the projects at site.

„« Co-operation with QA/QC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution

„« Motivate the permit holders and team and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions & obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet project targets and budget.

„« Ensure timely initiation of corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints/Non conforming situations during the project execution.

„« Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site.

„« Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements at all phases of project execution at site.

„« Monitor progress of the job and report to client and attend client meetings and liaise with QA/QC and HSE departments for any corrective actions necessary to meet the customer satisfaction.

„« Reports to Site Manager on day to day work progress and request for additional resources to meet the work load and client site instructions.

„« Responsible for HSE of people working at site, meeting client standards at work site.

„« Closely follow-up with test packs and preparing the punch list of piping systems and ensuring clearing those punch points in consultation with consultant engineers.

„« Planning and day wise progress monitoring of work as per schedule.

„« Follow up with engineers and supervisor for the daily progress meeting with targets.

„« Control of sub contractor manpower‘¦s and billing certification.

„« Involved in loop preparation, hydro/pneumatic testing and final box up of equipments
and piping system.
