Project Engineering / Management activities such as:
• Overall Project management, Coordinating design, engineering, procurement, construction, Installation and commissioning phases of a project.
• Project planning and control, preparation of Gantt charts, PERT charts, cost monitoring, Reporting, Invoicing etc. using project management software like MS Project, Primavera.
• Management of Change & Change Proposals.
• Material estimation and Costing for Turnkey projects viz., EPCIC projects, Skid mounted packages and Services.
• Interfacing with client.
• Preparation of Pre-qualification documents, Technical and Commercial Proposals for EPCIC Tenders.
• Involving in technical discussions and purchase order processing of various bought-out items / systems.

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course by Confederation of Indian Industry, Calcutta, India (Year: 1996)
