Location (Area) : Al Ein Al Sokhna, City, Suez Government, Egypt.
Duties:
Erections steel structures for power block area, pipe racks, Control building, and re-boiler about 10500 ton.
Installations Sluice Gate Components (5 gates 124 inch diameter) vendor (RODNEY HUNT).
Installations stop logs for pump house and intake gates (32 gates) vendor (WATER MAN).
Installation 2*60/15 ton overhead cranes and 2* 15/5 gantry cranes vendor (KONE CRANES)
Installation of Embedded Materials (anchor bolt and insert plates)for 2 * 650 MW steam Turbine vendor (HITACHI), Stainless Steel Tanks, pipe rack, and Boiler vendor (DOSSAN).
Erection side, roof Cladding, flashing, Grating, handrails, steel ladders and access platform.
Close supervision for the sub-contractor to guide and check their works it is within the project tolerance and standard.
Prepare progress report and status of the on-going work and reports to the construction managers and project control department.
Assist and support technically the supervisors.
Co-operation with third part, engineering, other contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
