• Design and development of surface wellhead products using oil industry standards such as API 6A and NACE to enhance customer’s performance and meet customer’s requests.
• Dealt with the modeling and detailing of manufacturing drawings for all varieties of forging, Pre-heat treat machining, cladding and weldment.
• Executed design analysis for 30,000 PSI gate valve body, bonnet and transportation skid by using Ansys.
• Creating design calculations in Mathcad for tubing spool, tubing hanger and test plug.
• Creating stack up drawing (layout) for wellhead system.
• Modeling, Assembling, Drafting various types of API 6A surface gate valves.
• Preparing assembly procedures and test procedures for various types of surface gate valves as per API 6A.
• Extensively worked with SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) Module – for Engineering change management.
• Leading a team of four people, executing project management activities and coordinating cross functional teams (Sales).
• Quality check of drawings as well as bill of materials and released into the SAP for production.
• Communicating with all business units for technical queries & feedback.
• Creating and maintaining field performance yield report.
• Involved in conducting training on SAP and GD&T for new joiners.
